Description

These crispy paprika chicken bites are an explosion of flavour! Marinating in yogurt and soy sauce makes the chicken very tender, while the breading with crumbled paprika chips gives it an irresistible crispness and a delicious taste. I often prepare them for my children, who adore them, but they are also perfect as a snack for a dinner with friends. The preparation is simple and quick, ideal for those who have little time but do not want to give up a tasty and original dish. Try them, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 500 g chicken breast in small cubes
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 125 g plain yogurt
  • 6 g sweet paprika
  • 150 g paprika chips
  • 45 g breadcrumbs
  • olive oil

Preparation (4 steps)

Chicken marinade

Put 500 g of chicken breast cut into small cubes in a bowl. Add 30 ml of soy sauce and 125 g of plain yogurt and mix well. Add 6 g of sweet paprika and mix again. Cover with film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preparation of the breading

Put 150 g of paprika chips in a food bag and crumble them finely with the help of a rolling pin. Pour the crumbled chips into a dish and add 45 g of breadcrumbs. Mix well to combine.

Chicken breading

Pass each chicken cube in the breading, making sure it is completely covered. Arrange the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper as you go.

Baking in the oven

Drizzle the chicken nuggets with a little olive oil. Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
