Description

This cheesecake is a simple and delicious dessert that is always a hit. The recipe is very easy to prepare with the Thermomix®, which makes it perfect for any occasion. The key is the quality of the cream cheese and not opening the oven during baking so that it has a smooth and creamy texture. I often prepare it for birthdays and family celebrations, and it is always a success! Also, if you use cornstarch instead of flour, it is suitable for celiacs. Go ahead and try it, you'll love it!

  • 275 gramos cream cheese
  • 100 gramos sugar
  • 150 mililitros whipping cream
  • 2 piece L eggs
  • 2 cucharadas all-purpose flour

Mix the ingredients

Place the cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, all-purpose flour and eggs in the Thermomix glass. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4 until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained.

Prepare the mould

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Crumple a baking paper with your hands, stretch it out and line a round mould of about 14 cm in diameter with it. Cut off excess paper or leave it until baked.

Bake the cake

Pour the cake batter into the prepared mould. Bake at 200ºC with heat from above and below for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven door at any time.

Cool and refrigerate

Once the 30 minutes of cooking have passed, let the cake cool completely inside the oven. Then, take it to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
