Description

Crispy chicken drumsticks with paprika are a gluten-free main course that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are chicken drumsticks, paprika powder and rapeseed oil. In just 55 minutes, of which 10 minutes are active working time, 4 servings are created. This recipe is ideal for an uncomplicated family meal.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

4 Stück Chicken drumsticks
3 EL Rapeseed oil
1 EL Sweet paprika powder
1 TL Salt
0.5 TL Black pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare marinade

Put 3 tbsp rapeseed oil, 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Marinate chicken drumsticks

Pat the chicken drumsticks dry and put them in a bowl. Pour the marinade from the mixing bowl over the chicken drumsticks and spread well.

Fry chicken drumsticks

Fry the chicken drumsticks in a pan from both sides.

Bake chicken drumsticks

Place the fried chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for 45 minutes. For extra crispy skin, bake the chicken drumsticks with the grill function for the last 2 minutes.
