  • 500 g Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 150 g Cornflakes
  • 50 g Flour
  • Clarified Butter or Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Prepare Chicken Breast

Cut 500 g chicken breast fillet horizontally into slices approx. 1 cm thick and season with salt and pepper.

Chop Cornflakes

Place 150 g cornflakes in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.

Bread the Chicken

Place 50 g flour, 2 eggs (beaten) and the chopped cornflakes in separate bowls. First turn the chicken slices in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the cornflakes.

Fry the Chicken

Heat clarified butter or vegetable oil in a pan and fry the breaded chicken slices for 5-8 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
