Description
These Nutella muffins are a delicious treat for every chocolate lover. The simple recipe is quick to prepare and is perfect for birthdays or as a sweet snack in between. The muffins are fluffy, juicy and have an intense Nutella flavor. With a preparation time of only 40 minutes, they are ideal for spontaneous visits or as a small treat. The recipe yields 12 servings.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

2 piece Eggs

120 g Sugar
-
80 ml Oil
-
120 ml Milk
-
1 tsp Flavor (Rum, Vanilla, etc.)

250 g Flour

2 tsp Baking powder
-
2 tbsp Nutella
Preparation (5 steps)
Whisk sugar and eggs until frothy
Add 2 eggs and 120g sugar to the mixing bowl and whisk for 2 min./speed 3 until frothy.
Add oil, milk and flavor
Add 80 ml oil, 120 ml milk and 1 tsp flavor (Rum, Vanilla, etc.) to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Mix and add flour and baking powder
Add 250g flour and 2 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Fold in Nutella
Add 2-3 tbsp Nutella to the mixing bowl and carefully fold in with the spatula. To do this, activate the reverse and mix for 15 sec./reverse speed 2.
Bake muffins
Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
