Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki basting sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 piece green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 can bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Prepare chicken breasts

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Prepare baking dish

Place browned chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with ½ cup of teriyaki basting sauce, then spoon on ½ cup of salad dressing. Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese, 3 chopped green onions, and ½ can (3 ounce) of bacon bits. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Bake chicken

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Chop parsley

Place 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds / speed 5.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. This step does not involve the Thermomix.
