Description

These Thermomix® walnut cookies are a delicious dessert with walnuts, butter, powdered sugar and flour. Preparation takes about 45 minutes and yields enough for finger food or as a sweet side dish. Ideal for the Christmas season or as a sweet treat in between. The recipe is easy to implement and is suitable for anyone who enjoys baking.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 Stück Egg
100 Gramm Butter
0.5 Teebecher Powdered Sugar
2 EL Starch
1 TL Baking Powder
1 Pckung Vanilla
1 TL Cocoa
1.5 Tassen Flour

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix butter and sugar

Add 100 grams of butter (room temperature) and half a teacup of powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add egg, starch and baking powder

Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of starch and 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add vanilla and cocoa

Add 1 packet of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of cocoa (or more, depending on the desired color) and mix for 10 sec/speed 3.

Add flour and process into a dough

Add 1.5 cups of flour and process into a dough for 2 min/kneading stage.

Shape and bake the dough

Form the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
