Description

These oven potatoes with butter and herbs are a simple but delicious accompaniment. The key is the pre-cooking of the potatoes, which are then browned in the oven with a touch of butter, parsley and pepper. I often prepare them to accompany meats or fish, but they are also perfect as an appetizer. The recipe is very quick and easy to make, ideal for those days when you don't have much time to cook. In addition, you can vary the herbs and spices to your liking. A comforting and tasty dish that always triumphs!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 2 piece large boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp ground dried parsley
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 a gusto salt
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese for pasta

Preparation (6 steps)

Preparation of the potatoes

Cut the large boiled potatoes into slices approximately 1 cm thick. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Grease the dish

Spread butter on an oven-safe dish.

Place the potatoes in the dish

Place the potato slices in the greased dish.

Add butter and seasonings

Cut the butter into small pieces and spread them over the potatoes. Sprinkle with ground dried parsley, ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Bake the potatoes

Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown.

Add the grated cheese

Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the grated cheese on top. Bake for 2 more minutes at 200°C so that the cheese browns slightly.
