This simple 5-minute-pan bread from the Thermomix® succeeds with only flour, salt and water. Preparation (6 steps)
Mix dry ingredients
Add flour and salt to the mixing bowl and mix. Add 150 g flour and 1/2 tsp salt. 10 Sec./Level 3
Add water and mix
Add 100 ml water and mix everything into a dough. 20 Sec./Level 4
Remove dough from mixing bowl
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and knead briefly on a floured work surface.
Divide dough into portions
Divide the dough into 2-3 portions and form into balls.
Roll out dough
Roll out the dough balls thinly on a floured work surface.
Bake bread in the pan
Heat a pan and bake the flatbreads in it without oil until golden brown on both sides.
