Description

Salmon rice paper rolls with vegetables.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Salmon
  • 1 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Päckchen Cream cheese
  • Carrots
  • 1 Päckchen Rice paper

Preparation (8 steps)

Process salmon

Remove the skin from the salmon. Cut into approx. 2x2 cm cubes. Place in a small bowl and marinate with approx. 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Cut carrot and onion

Cut carrot(s) into thin sticks and onion into small cubes.

Rice paper

Rinse 2 rice papers under cold water and place one on top of the other on a plate or bread.

Create rolls

Cover the rice paper lengthwise with carrot, onion and salmon. Spread with cream cheese. Roll up.

Oven, preheated

Preheat oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Place rolls on baking paper. Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Baking

Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes until they are crispy.

Alternative

You can also make the rolls with shrimp, tuna or other fish.

Sauce

Serve the rolls with chilli sauce, sambal, ginger or wasabi sauce.
