Description

These meat and vegetable rolls are a delicious and light option for a quick lunch or dinner. The combination of minced meat with fresh spinach and the spicy touch of sriracha sauce makes them irresistible. The recipe is perfect for those looking for gluten-free and low-fat options. I often prepare them for an informal dinner with friends, they are always a hit! In addition, they can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving. A versatile and flavorful dish that you will surely love.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 pack Rice wafers
  • Sriracha sauce
  • 50 g Tomato sauce
  • 100 g Natural yogurt
  • 300 g Minced meat (beef, pork or mixture)
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 bolsa Fresh spinach
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh chives

Sauce preparation

Thermomix® Setting

In the Thermomix glass, add 50 g of tomato sauce and the desired amount of sriracha sauce (to taste, according to the desired level of spiciness). Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3. Remove the sauce from the glass and reserve.

Assembly of the rolls

Hydrate a rice wafer by dipping it in a plate with cold water for a few seconds until it is flexible. Place the hydrated wafer on a work surface. In the center, place a teaspoon of the prepared sauce, a teaspoon of natural yogurt, a small portion of minced meat (approximately 20-30g), salt, ground black pepper to taste and a few fresh spinach leaves.

Rolling

Fold the ends of the wafer over the filling and then roll firmly to close the roll. Repeat this process until you finish with all the wafers or the filling.

Cooking in air fryer

Place the rolls in the air fryer basket on vegetable paper to prevent them from sticking. Brush the rolls with a little extra virgin olive oil. Program the air fryer to 180°C for 12 minutes.

Serve

Once ready, serve the rolls sprinkled with sesame seeds and a little soy sauce.
