Chop garlic and ginger

Place 2 garlic cloves and 1 cm of ginger in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 8. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Add 70 g yogurt, 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lime, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Marinate meat

Place 500 g of chicken breast fillet in pieces and the marinade together in a freezer bag, mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grill chicken skewers

Thread the meat onto the wooden skewers. Meanwhile, preheat the grill. Grill skewers over indirect heat, turning several times, for 10-15 minutes, then serve.
