Description
These pineapple puff pastry donuts are a delicious snack or a sweet dessert. The recipe is easy to prepare and is well suited for a small celebration or a cozy afternoon. The combination of pineapple, puff pastry, butter, sugar and cinnamon makes these donuts a special treat. The preparation time is about 40 minutes.

70 g Brown sugar fine

1 EL Cinnamon ground

1 Stück Puff pastry from the refrigerated section
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare pineapple
Drain the pineapple slices and pat dry with paper towels.
Prepare butter-sugar-cinnamon mixture
Put 40 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/speed 2. Add 70 g brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.
Prepare puff pastry
Roll out 1-2 rolls of puff pastry and spread with the butter-sugar-cinnamon mixture. Cut the puff pastry into 1.5 cm wide strips with the Meistermix Patix dough knife.
Wrap pineapple pieces
Wrap 6 pineapple slices with the puff pastry strips, threading them through the hole again and again. The butter mixture should be inside.
Bake pineapple pieces
Bake the pineapple pieces at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
