Lindauer Möckle are delicate Christmas cookies made from eggs, sugar, flour, lemon zest, and almonds, prepared in the Thermomix®. Thanks to WunderSlicer V2 and Patix, the recipe is easy to implement. Grated lemon zest
125 g Peeled, grated almonds

Add 6 eggs, 500 g sugar, and 500 g flour to the mixing bowl. Add a little grated lemon zest and 125 g peeled, grated almonds.

Let the dough rest overnight.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Shape and bake cookies

Place a spoonful of dough on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven, so check after 10 minutes and bake for up to 15 minutes if necessary.
