Description

This homemade Neapolitan flan is a classic dessert that always triumphs. The combination of eggs, double cream cheese, condensed milk and evaporated milk creates a smooth texture and an irresistible sweet taste. It is perfect for any special occasion or simply to enjoy a sweet treat at home. The preparation is very simple with the Thermomix®, and the result is a creamy and delicious flan that everyone will love. Go ahead and prepare it and surprise your guests!   • 6 piece Eggs
  • 200 gramos Double cream cheese
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 cucharada sopera Vanilla essence
  • Caramel

Preparation of the ingredients

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Make sure you have all the ingredients at room temperature for better integration. Prepare the caramel in a separate mold (see instructions below).

Mix the flan ingredients

Place the 6 eggs, the 200 grams of double cream cheese, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence in the Thermomix glass. Mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Prepare the molds

Pour the prepared caramel into the bottom of the individual molds. Then, pour the flan mixture over the caramel in each mold.

Bake in a water bath

Cover the molds with aluminum foil. Place the molds in a deep tray and add hot water halfway up the molds. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool and refrigerate

Remove the flans from the oven and let cool completely at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Unmold carefully before serving.
