Description

This creamy chicken with mushrooms in white wine is a dish that I often prepare at home. Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 piece chicken breast fillets
  • 1 chorro oil
  • 200 gramos sliced mushrooms
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 cebolla onion
  • 1 container white wine
  • 0.5 litro chicken broth
  • 0.25 container evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • chopped parsley
  • salt

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare the chicken

Salt and pepper 1 chicken breast in fillets (or cut into cubes). Reserve.

Sauté the onion and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Chop 1 onion into quarters and 3 cloves of garlic in the Thermomix glass. Program 3 sec./Stufe 5. Add 1 splash of oil and sauté 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the mushrooms

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 200 grams of sliced mushrooms to the glass and program 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Incorporate the white wine

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Pour 1 glass of white wine into the glass and program 3 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1, without the measuring cup, so that the alcohol evaporates.

Cook the chicken in the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Add ½ liter of chicken broth to the glass. Place the salted and peppered chicken in the Varoma container and place it on the glass. Program 15 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Thicken the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Remove the Varoma and reserve the chicken. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a little cold water. Pour the mixture into the glass and add ¼ glass of evaporated milk. Program 5 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.

Serve

Pour the sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle chopped parsley q/s on top and serve immediately.
