Description

This creamy chicken dish is a family favorite! The combination of rosemary, garlic, and white wine creates a rich and flavorful sauce that perfectly complements the tender chicken breasts. It's incredibly easy to prepare, especially with the Thermomix®, and bakes to golden perfection in under an hour. I love serving this over rice or pasta for a complete and satisfying meal. It's perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The aroma while it bakes is simply divine! Feel free to add some sliced mushrooms for extra flavor.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 6 piece skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white wine

Preparation (7 steps)

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Mince Garlic

Place 2 cloves of garlic into the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.

Sauté Garlic and Rosemary

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 3 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Sear Chicken

Heat a skillet over high heat. Season 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until completely browned, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a 9x13-inch baking dish, reserving drippings. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Prepare Sauce

Add 1 (10.5 ounce) can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of white wine, and the reserved drippings from the skillet to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4.

Pour Sauce Over Chicken

Pour the sauce from the Thermomix bowl over the chicken in the baking dish. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Bake Chicken

Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 45 to 50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
