50 ml Cream

0.5 TL Salt
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare popcorn
Prepare the popcorn according to the package instructions. Set it aside.
Caramelize sugar
Put the sugar in the mixing bowl and let it caramelize without the lid. Observe the process carefully so that the sugar does not burn. 8 Min./Varoma/Level 1
Add butter and cream
Add the butter and cream. 3 Min./90°C/Level 2
Complete caramel
Add the salt and mix everything well. 10 Sec./Level 3
Mix popcorn with caramel
Put the popcorn in a large bowl and pour the caramel over it. Mix everything well so that the popcorn is evenly covered with caramel.
Let cool
Spread the popcorn on baking paper and let it cool completely.
