Description
These chocolate balls from the Thermomix® are a simple cookie recipe with eggs, sugar, and cocoa powder. Preparation takes about 30 minutes, with a total time of approximately 280 minutes including cooling. The recipe makes one portion and is ideal as a sweet snack, for parties, or as a Christmas dessert. Perfect for those who want to bake easily.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

50 ml Neutral vegetable oil

150 g Sugar

60 g Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

125 g Flour
-
1 TL Baking powder

1 Prise Salt

1 n. B. Icing sugar, sifted
Preparation (5 steps)
Mix ingredients
Put 50 ml of vegetable oil and 2 eggs into the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./speed 4.
Add sugar and cocoa powder
Add 150 g sugar, 60 g cocoa powder and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and mix for 1 min./speed 3.
Add dry ingredients
Add 125 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and knead for 2 min./kneading stage.
Chill dough
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Shape into balls and bake
Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls, roll in icing sugar and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 10 - 12 minutes.
