Description

This hearty minced meat and cheese sauce, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a savory main course for the whole family. With minced meat, strained tomatoes and tomato paste as a base, refined with herbs, an aromatic sauce is created. The preparation takes a total of 40 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields 4 servings and is ideal for a satisfying meal. The optional use of the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 or Meistermix Patix facilitates the preparation.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Dose Strained tomatoes
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 1 TL Basil
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 200 g Cheese
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 2 EL Oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions

Peel and quarter the onions. Place in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions

Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Brown meat

Brown minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly and then add to the mixing bowl.

Add strained tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and garlic

Let simmer

Let everything simmer for 20 min./100°C/level 1. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add cheese to the mixing bowl and melt for 5 min./60°C/level 2.

Add celery

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/140°F/Speed 2 140°F Reverse

Peel the celery and cut into the mixing bowl with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 and the fine disc. Let the cut material fall directly into the mixing bowl. Stir in for 3 min./60°C/level 2.
