Description

This homemade marinade is the key to giving an incredible flavour to any type of meat. I have been preparing it for years and it is always a success at home. The combination of fresh herbs, spices and a touch of vinegar creates an explosion of flavour that enhances the natural taste of the meat. It is perfect for marinating before grilling, baking or frying. In addition, it is prepared in the blink of an eye with the Thermomix®. Go ahead and try it and you will see the difference! Ideal for any occasion, from a family meal to a barbecue with friends. You can adjust the amount of chilli to control the level of spiciness.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1 rama celery
  • Chilli
  • 1 bunch culantro
  • 1 piece red onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlics
  • vinegar
  • oil

Preparation (3 steps)

Chop the fresh ingredients

Place the celery, chilli to taste, culantro leaves, onion and garlic in the Thermomix bowl. Crush for 5 seconds at speed 5.

Mix and crush to obtain the marinade

10 min/Speed 8

Add salt to taste, pepper to taste, oregano to taste, a splash of vinegar and a splash of oil to the bowl. Crush for 10 minutes at speed 8.

Adjust the flavour

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 3

Taste the marinade and adjust the salt if necessary. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 3 to integrate the additional salt.
