Description
This simple marinade for chicken is quick to prepare and gives the meat a spicy flavor. The marinade consists of onions, garlic, oil, soy sauce, mustard and spices. Ideal for barbecues or as a base for a delicious main course. The preparation time is only a few minutes.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

5 EL Oil

2 TL Paprika powder

0.25 TL Pepper

1.5 TL Salt

1 TL Curry

1 TL Chili flakes

1 TL Lemon juice
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Peel the 1/2 onion and put the 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, use the spatula to slide it down from the edge.
Add and mix remaining ingredients
Add the remaining ingredients, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.
Marinating the meat
Brush the chicken with the marinade from the mixing bowl and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably longer. Fry the meat in a separate pan or prepare it on the grill.
