Description
Adzhika - Spicy Spice Paste is a vegan and vegetarian dip that is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 5 minutes. The paste consists mainly of bell peppers, chili peppers, garlic, tomatoes and salt. The recipe yields 3 servings and is ideal as a spicy spice mixture, finger food or appetizer. Perfect for those looking for a quick and easy addition to their kitchen.

Preparation (3 steps)
Chop ingredients
Add bell pepper (coarse pieces), chili peppers, garlic cloves and tomato (halved) to the mixing bowl and chop for 30 sec./level 8.
Add salt and mix
Add salt and mix for 15 sec./level 3.
Filling
Fill into small jars/cans - done.
