Description
These apple almond cookies are a healthy and delicious snack for in between. They are easy and quick to prepare and are ideal for a low-carb diet. The cookies are rich in fiber and protein and keep you full for a long time. Perfect for anyone who pays attention to their diet and still doesn't want to miss out on sweets.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

2 piece Apples (peeled, cored)

50 g Almonds

1.5 tsp Cinnamon

15 g Coconut oil
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop apples and almonds
Add 2 apples (peeled, cored) and 50 g almonds to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 5.
Mix cinnamon and coconut oil
Add 1.5 tsp cinnamon and 15 g coconut oil and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
Place mixture on baking paper
Place the mixture as dabs on a baking paper.
Bake cookies
Bake for 12-15 min. at 180 °C circulating air and let cool completely.
