Description

This aromatic mushroom noodle broth is a quick and satisfying meal, perfect for a chilly evening. I've been making this recipe for a while now, and it's become a staple in my kitchen. The combination of sesame oil, garlic, and crispy chilli creates a flavorful base, while the pak choi adds a touch of freshness. It's ready in just 15 minutes, making it ideal for a quick lunch or dinner. Feel free to add a splash of soy sauce and a squeeze of lime for extra zing! This broth is naturally vegetarian and can easily be made vegan.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 ml fresh vegetable or chicken stock
  • 0.5 piece pak choi
  • 1 tsp crispy chilli

Sauté Mushrooms and Garlic

Add 1 tsp sesame oil to the mixing bowl. Then add the mushrooms and cook for 4 Min./120°C/Stufe 1. Add 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp crispy chilli and cook for another 1 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add Stock and Cook Noodles

5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 400ml vegetable or chicken stock to the mixing bowl. Bring to a boil for 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Add ½ pak choi and noodles and cook for 4 Min./100°C/Stufe 1 until the noodles are warmed through.

Final Seasoning

Ladle the soup into a bowl and season with a splash of soy sauce, squeeze of lime juice and the crispy chilli in oil. Serve straightaway.
