A rich and flavorful butter chicken recipe.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 500 g Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 2 TL Garam Masala
  • 1 TL Turmeric
  • 0.5 TL Chili powder
  • 1 TL Cumin, ground
  • 1 TL Coriander, ground
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 400 g Passed tomatoes
  • 100 g Cashew butter
  • 200 ml Cream
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • Fresh coriander

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Add garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander and salt and stir for 1 min./100°C/speed 1 with reverse rotation.

Add tomato paste and passed tomatoes and simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 1 with reverse rotation.

Add cashew butter

Add cashew butter and stir for 30 sec./speed 3.

5 min/194°F/Speed 2 194°F Reverse

Add cream and simmer for 5 min./90°C/speed 2 with reverse rotation.

Add meat

Sear the meat in a separate pan. Then add the seared meat to the mixing bowl and heat for 10 min./90°C/speed 1 with reverse rotation.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
