Description

This autumnal crumble is a wonderful combination of sweet apples, hearty mushrooms and creamy goat cheese. I especially like to make it in the autumn, when the ingredients are in season and develop their full flavor. The preparation is uncomplicated and the Thermomix® helps to make the crumble dough quickly and easily. The warm crumble is perfect as an appetizer or light main course and tastes simply delicious! If you like, you can add a few chopped nuts to the crumble dough. An absolute favorite recipe that is always well received by my guests!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Granny
  • 200 g Cep(s)
  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 g Almond powder
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • 1 piece Cabecou

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare apples and mushrooms

Peel, core and roughly chop the apples. Clean the mushrooms and also cut them into rough pieces. Set both aside.

Prepare cream

Thermomix® Setting

Put the cottage cheese and sugar in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Prepare crumble dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add the almond powder and flour and stir for 20 sec./speed 4. Scrape from the edge with the spatula.

Layer crumble

Grease a baking dish with butter. Alternate layering apple pieces, mushroom pieces and a quarter of the goat cheese in the dish. Spread the crumble dough over it.

Bake crumble

Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
