Description

This autumnal lasagna is a true comfort food! The sweetness of the pears perfectly matches the strong flavor of the gorgonzola, creating a delicious contrast. The walnuts add a crunchy note that makes every bite special. I often prepare it when I have guests for dinner, because it is easy to make and always makes a great impression.   • Dried lasagna sheets
  • Béchamel sauce
  • Gorgonzola
  • Pears
  • Walnuts
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Black pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 l Water

Preparation of ingredients

Cut the gorgonzola into cubes. Shell the walnuts and chop them coarsely. Wash, peel and dice the pears, removing the core and seeds. Set the ingredients aside in separate bowls.

Cooking the lasagna sheets

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Fill the Mixtopf with 1 liter of water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil: 10 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Add the dried lasagna sheets and cook for 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Drain the sheets and place them on a clean tea towel to dry.

Preparation of the béchamel sauce

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/140°F/Speed 2 60

Pour the béchamel sauce into the Mixtopf and heat for 3 Min./60°C/Stufe 2.

Assembly of the lasagna

Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode. Grease a baking dish (approximately 30x40 cm) with a little béchamel sauce. Arrange a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of diced pears, cubed gorgonzola and chopped walnuts. Salt and pepper lightly. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel sauce.

Browning

Distribute the last cubes of pear and gorgonzola on the béchamel sauce, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake the lasagna in the hot oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. If you want a more intense browning, activate the grill function in the last 5 minutes.

Rest and service

Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before portioning and serving. Decorate each plate with some walnut kernels to taste.
