  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 150 g Quark
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • Oil for baking

Mix ingredients

Place 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder, 30 g sugar, 3 eggs, 200 ml milk, 150 g quark, and 1 pinch of salt in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Bake pancakes

Heat some oil in a hot pan. Pour the batter into the pan in portions using a ladle and bake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve the quark pancakes without flour with powdered sugar, fresh fruit or jam.
