Description
This anti-stress bath is a DIY recipe for a relaxing bath additive. It combines thistle or peanut oil with lysolecithin and essential oils such as sandalwood, chamomile, lavender and bergamot. Preparation takes only a few minutes and yields a quantity for approx. 4 bath tubs. Ideal for a relaxing evening.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

90 g Thistle oil or Peanut oil

10 g Lysolecithin

10 Tr. eth. Bergamot oil

15 Tr. eth. Sandalwood oil

3 Tr. eth. Chamomile blue

15 Tr. eth. Lavender oil
Preparation (4 steps)
Mix oil and lysolecithin
Add 90 g thistle or peanut oil and 10 g lysolecithin to the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec/speed 3.
Add essential oils
Add 15 drops eth. Sandalwood oil, 3 drops eth. Chamomile blue and 15 drops eth. Lavender oil and stir for 10 sec/speed 2.
Add bergamot oil
Add 10 drops eth. Bergamot oil and stir for 10 sec/speed 2.
Bottling
Pour the mixture into a suitable bottle.
