Description

This Sleep-Well Bath is a relaxing bath additive with safflower or peanut oil, lysolecithin, and essential oils like chamomile, lavender, and sandalwood. Preparation takes only a few minutes and is enough for about 4 baths. Ideal for a relaxing evening and a good night's sleep.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 90 g Safflower or peanut oil
  • 10 g Lysolecithin
  • 5 Tr. Essential chamomile blue
  • 20 Tr. Essential lavender oil
  • 20 Tr. Essential sandalwood oil

Preparation (3 steps)

Mix oils and lysolecithin

Add 90 g safflower or peanut oil and 10 g lysolecithin to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Add essential oils

10 sec/Speed 2

Add 5 drops essential chamomile blue, 20 drops essential lavender oil and 20 drops essential sandalwood oil and mix for 10 sec/speed 2.

Pour the mixture into a suitable bottle.
