Description

These Bounty bars are a simple and delicious confectionery that is quick to prepare. With just a few ingredients such as shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk chocolate, they are ideal as a sweet snack for in between meals or as a dessert. Preparation takes about 50 minutes and is easy to implement. Perfect for anyone who loves coconut and chocolate.

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

2 Ock Whole milk chocolate
3 Tassen Shredded coconut
1 Tasse Sweetened condensed milk

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare coconut mixture

Put 3 cups of shredded coconut and 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Mix well and let stand briefly.

Shape and chill bars

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Form small rectangles from the coconut mixture and place on the baking sheet. Put the tray in the freezer for a short time - for about 20 minutes.

Melt chocolate

Melt 2 Ock. whole milk chocolate in a water bath.

Coat bars

Take the coconut bars out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate. Let dry on baking paper.
