250 g soft butter

125 g sugar

1 Päckchen vanilla sugar

1 Glas hazelnut-nougat cream
Preparation (9 steps)
Add ingredients to the mixing bowl
Place 250 g soft butter, 125 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 egg and 350 g flour in the mixing bowl.
Knead the dough
Process all ingredients for 2 min./knead level to form a dough.
Remove dough from mixing bowl
Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Shape cookies
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out on a floured work surface. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake cookies
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. After baking, let cool on a wire rack.
Heat Nutella
Put 1 jar of hazelnut-nougat cream into the mixing bowl.
Melt hazelnut-nougat cream
Melt hazelnut-nougat cream for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Decorate cookies
Spread the melted hazelnut-nougat cream on the cooled cookies and decorate as desired.
