Description

This marble cake with curd is prepared in the Thermomix® and is a classic cake delight. The main ingredients are sugar, margarine, eggs, flour and curd. With a preparation time of 70 minutes, this makes about 12 servings. Ideal as a dessert or cake for the whole family.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

250 g Sugar
250 g Margarine
5 Stück Eggs
500 g Flour
1 Päckchen Baking powder
250 g Curd
2 EL Cocoa
3 EL Milk

Preparation (5 steps)

Stir sugar and margarine

Add 250 g sugar and 250 g margarine to the mixing bowl and stir until creamy.

Stir in eggs one at a time

Add 5 eggs to the mixing bowl one at a time and stir in.

Stir in flour, baking powder and curd

Mix 500 g flour and 1 packet of baking powder, add to the mixing bowl together with 250 g curd and stir in.

Divide dough and add cocoa

Put half of the dough into a greased ring mold or loaf pan. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa and 3 tablespoons milk to the second half of the dough in the mixing bowl and stir in.
