Description

Crispy ravioli bites from the Thermomix® are a quick and easy finger food with ravioli from the refrigerated section, eggs, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan. Refined with Italian herbs, they are a hearty vegetarian snack or a delicious appetizer. Preparation takes about 30 minutes and yields 2 servings. Ideal for quick cooking or as a side dish.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g Ravioli - refrigerated section
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 120 g Breadcrumbs
  • 25 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 TL Italian herbs
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • Oil spray

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop Parmesan

Place 25 g of grated Parmesan cheese into the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer and set aside.

Prepare breadcrumb mixture

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

Place 120 g breadcrumbs, the chopped Parmesan, 1 tsp Italian herbs and 1/2 tsp salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4. Transfer and set aside.

Whisk eggs

Whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl with a fork or whisk. This step takes place outside of the Thermomix.

Bread the ravioli

First, dip the 250 g ravioli in the whisked egg, let it drip briefly, and then turn it in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture until it is completely covered. This step takes place outside of the Thermomix.

Prepare the ravioli

Lightly grease the frying basket of an air fryer with oil spray. Spray the breaded ravioli with oil spray and place in the frying basket without overlapping. This step takes place outside of the Thermomix.

Bake the ravioli

Bake the prepared ravioli in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, turning once halfway through. This step takes place outside of the Thermomix.
