Description
These pineapple balls are a delicious dessert, perfect for festive occasions. The combination of sponge cake, pineapple, eggnog, and cream makes these balls a special treat. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and is of medium difficulty. Ideal as a dessert or for afternoon coffee.

1 Dose Pineapple cut
Preparation (6 steps)
Chop sponge cake
Place sponge cake in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer.
Beat egg yolk and sugar
Put egg yolk and sugar in the mixing bowl and beat with butterfly 3 min./speed 3.5.
Mix flour and baking powder
Add flour and baking powder and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Fold in beaten egg whites
Carefully fold in beaten egg whites.
Mix pineapple, eggnog and cream
Put the chopped sponge cake, chopped pineapple, eggnog and whipped cream in a bowl and mix carefully.
Shape balls and roll in coconut
Shape balls from the mixture and roll in coconut flakes.
