Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 125 g Spelt Flour Type 1050
  • 1 TL Baking Powder
  • 100 g Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 120 g Room Temperature Butter
  • 3 Stück Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 150 g Oat Flakes
  • 60 g Almond Kernels
  • 1 EL Cocoa Nibs
  • 2 EL Chocolate Drops made of Dark Chocolate

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop almonds

Thermomix® Setting

Place almonds in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer to a bowl.

Grind sugar

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 10

Place raw cane sugar in the mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec./speed 10 to make powdered sugar. Transfer to a bowl.

Mix butter, bananas and egg

20 sec/Speed 4

Place room temperature butter, peeled bananas and egg in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.

Mix dry ingredients

Add spelt flour, baking powder, salt and the previously ground powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 3.

Add oat flakes, almonds and cocoa nibs

Add oat flakes, chopped almonds and cocoa nibs to the mixing bowl and stir in for 15 sec./Reverse speed 2.

Fold in chocolate drops

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf Speed 1 Reverse

Add chocolate drops made of dark chocolate to the mixing bowl and fold in for 10 sec./Reverse speed 1.

Shape and bake cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Place spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
