Description

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 c. à soupe of olive oil
  • 1 c. à café of powdered sugar
  • 15 gouttes of the composition "Zest"
  • 3 c. à soupe of soy sauce
  • 1 c. à café of powdered ginger
  • 2 piece red onions
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper
  • 4 piece chicken breasts

Preparation (6 steps)

Preparation of the red onions

Peel the red onions and cut them into quarters. Place them in a bowl.

Preparation of the bell peppers

Remove the seeds from the red and yellow bell peppers, then cut them into small squares. Set aside.

Preparation of the marinade

In the bowl, add the olive oil, powdered sugar, the composition "Zest", soy sauce and powdered ginger. Mix everything together.

Marinating the chicken and onions

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Add the chicken cubes and red onions to the bowl containing the marinade. Mix to coat well. Let marinate for 1 hour.

Preparation of the skewers

Thread the chicken cubes, onion wedges and pepper squares alternately onto skewers.

Cooking the skewers

Place the skewers on the barbecue grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning them from time to time.
