Description

The spicy braised cucumber from the Thermomix® is a hearty main course with cucumber, potatoes and lean poultry mince. Prepared with vegetable stock and refined with Crème légère, this stew is light and inexpensive. In 40 minutes, including 20 minutes of work, 2 portions are created. Ideal as a summer family meal or for light cuisine.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Cucumber, salad cucumber
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion/s
  • 1 tsp Oil, rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Mince/poultry mince, lean (from poultry breast fillet)
  • 400 ml Vegetable bouillon/vegetable stock, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Crème légère
  • 1 Prise(n) Salt/iodized salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onion

Put onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Fry mince/poultry mince, lean (from poultry breast fillet) in a separate pan.

Add potatoes

Add potatoes to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.
