Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1000 ml Dark beer
1 Stk Cinnamon stick
1 Stk Star anise
3 Stk Cloves
1 Msp Zest of an organic orange
2 EL Honey
100 ml Cherry juice

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare spices

Break the cinnamon stick into smaller pieces if necessary. Fill star anise and cloves into a tea egg or spice bag.

Grate orange peel

Zest the peel of the organic orange with a zester and set aside 1 knife tip of zest.

Heat and spice the beer

Put the dark beer in the mixing bowl. Add cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves (in tea egg or spice bag). Also add orange zest and honey or brown sugar to the mixing bowl and heat for 10 min./70°C/level 1.
