Description

These chickpea cookies with chocolate chips are a delight! I often prepare them for breakfast or as a snack, and they always disappear in a flash. The chickpea flour gives a rustic flavour and a slightly crumbly texture, while the chocolate chips add the right amount of sweetness. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 150 g chickpea flour
  • 150 g almond flour
  • 150 g rice flour
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 100 ml sunflower seed oil
  • 50 g honey
  • 5 g vanilla extract
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 125 g chocolate chips

Eggs, sugar, oil and honey in the bowl

Addition of chocolate chips

Add the chocolate chips into the bowl. Mix gently with the Linkslauf function to distribute evenly. 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2.

Forming the cookies

Remove the dough from the bowl. Lightly grease your hands, take a little dough and form not too small balls. Flatten them and then place them a little apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking in the oven

Bake and cook in a hot fan oven at 170° C for 15-20 minutes. Check the browning.
