Chop onions and garlic

Peel and halve the onions. Place in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add garlic cloves and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Fry the meat

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a separate pan in oil until cooked.

Prepare chili

Add diced tomatoes, water and the fried meat to the mixing bowl. Stir in the seasoning mix for Chili con Carne. Cut bell peppers into pieces and add them. Cook for 15 min./100°C/speed 1.
