Description
This juicy chocolate banana bread with nut-nougat-cream is easily made in the Thermomix® and is ideal for breakfast or dessert. The main ingredients are ripe bananas, chocolate chips and flour. In about 60 minutes a cake for 12 servings is created. Perfect for anyone looking for a quick and easy recipe for baking.

125 g Margarine

2 Stück Eggs

3 Stück Bananas (ripe)

250 g Flour

1 Pck. Baking powder

1 TL Baking soda

100 g Chocolate chips

3 EL Nut-nougat-cream
Preparation (9 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.
Mix sugar and margarine
Add 200 g sugar and 125 g margarine to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/level 4.
Add and mix eggs
Add 2 eggs and mix for 15 sec/level 4.
Add and puree bananas
Add 3 bananas (ripe) in pieces and puree for 20 sec/level 5.
Mix and add flour, baking powder and baking soda
Add 250 g flour, 1 packet baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda and mix for 25 sec/level 4.
Fold in chocolate chips
Add 100 g chocolate chips and stir in for 10 sec/reverse/level 2.
Fill dough into mold
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm).
Spread nut-nougat-cream on the dough
Spread 3 tablespoons of nut-nougat-cream on the dough.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
