  • 360 g Zucker
  • 160 g dunkle Schokolade
  • 20 g Milchschokolade
  • 300 g Rahm

4 Eier und 360g Zucker in den Mixtopf geben.

4 Eier und 360g Zucker 3 Minuten/Stufe 4 schlagen, bis eine schaumige Masse entsteht.

160g dunkle Schokolade und 20g Milchschokolade in Stücke brechen und in den Mixtopf geben. 4 Min./50°C/Stufe 2 schmelzen.

Geschmolzene Schokolade zu der Eier-Zucker-Masse geben und 30 Sek./Stufe 3 unterrühren.

300g Rahm (oder 500g für eine leichtere Variante) hinzufügen und 20 Sek./Stufe 3 unterrühren.

Die Creme in Gläser oder eine Schüssel füllen und mindestens 30 Minuten kalt stellen.
