Description

This triple chocolate bundt cake is a real indulgence! Prepared with flour, bitter cocoa and three types of chocolate, it is perfect for a delicious snack or a birthday party. The recipe is quick and easy to make with the Thermomix®, and the result is a soft and flavorful cake. I love it because it's an explosion of chocolate in every bite! Try it and you won't regret it. You can decorate it with a chocolate glaze or simply with icing sugar. Ideal to enjoy with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 200 g type 00 flour
  • 40 g bitter cocoa
  • 120 g sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • 70 g seed oil
  • 70 g dark chocolate chips
  • 40 g melted dark chocolate
  • 50 g melted dark chocolate

Preparation (7 steps)

Flour and cocoa in the mixing bowl

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

Pour 200 g of type 00 flour and 40 g of bitter cocoa into the mixing bowl and sift for 10 Sec./speed 4.

Addition of sugar, yeast and salt

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 120 g of sugar, 10 g of baking powder and 1 pinch of fine salt into the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./speed 3.

Addition of milk, orange juice and oil

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add 200 ml of almond milk, 60 ml of fresh orange juice and 70 ml of seed oil into the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./speed 4.

Incorporate the melted chocolate and drops

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add 40 g of melted dark chocolate, 50 g of melted dark chocolate and 70 g of chocolate chips into the mixing bowl. Mix gently for 15 Sec./Reverse/speed 2.

Pour the batter into the mold

Butter and flour a 24 cm diameter bundt cake mold. Pour the batter into the prepared mold.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 170 °C for 30-35 minutes. Do the toothpick test at the end of cooking.

Cooling and decoration

Let the bundt cake cool completely. Decorate with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
