Description

These chocolate peanut confections are an absolute delight for anyone with a sweet tooth! The combination of crispy butter biscuits, creamy peanut butter and melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate is simply irresistible. I love making these little delicacies when I need something sweet for a party or a cozy evening. They are quick to prepare and always go down well. If you like, you can refine them with caramel cubes or chopped peanuts. A great recipe that you always enjoy making!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 80 g Butter biscuits
  • 80 g Butter
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 120 g Peanut butter, creamy
  • 400 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 30 g Coconut oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop butter biscuits

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 8

Add 80g butter biscuits to the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds/speed 8. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.

Prepare filling

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Add 150g powdered sugar, 80g butter (or vegan butter) and 120g peanut butter (creamy) to the chopped butter biscuits in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 seconds/speed 4. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Add 400g bittersweet chocolate in pieces and 30g coconut oil to the mixing bowl and melt for 4 min./50°C/speed 2. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Fill muffin cases

Pour some of the melted chocolate into 12 muffin cases and spread over the bottom and edges. Then add some of the peanut butter filling to the molds, leaving some space at the edge. Cover with the remaining chocolate.

Garnish and chill

Garnish with caramel cubes or chopped peanuts as desired. Place the filled muffin cases in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
