Description
This cherry clafoutis is a classic and comforting dessert, perfect for hot summer days. I love preparing this recipe, because it is simple and quick to make with the Thermomix®. The juicy cherries combine wonderfully with the soft and slightly sweet dough. It is an ideal dessert for a Sunday brunch or a delicious snack. For a more festive touch, sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. This clafoutis is a true delight that will please the whole family!
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

Powdered sugar or icing sugar for sprinkling

4 Eggs

250 ml Milk

5 c à soupe Flour

6 c à soupe Sugar

750 gr Cherries
Preparation (5 steps)
Preparation of the mold
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Generously butter a cake tin.
Preparation of the dough
In the bowl of the Thermomix®, add the eggs, milk, flour, sugar and pinch of salt. Mix 20 Sek./Stufe 4.
Adding cherries
Pour half of the dough into the buttered mold. Spread the cherries on the dough, then cover with the rest of the dough.
Cooking the clafoutis
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C, or until the clafoutis is golden brown and cooked through.
Cooling and serving
Let cool slightly before sprinkling with icing sugar or powdered sugar and serving.
