Description

This cherry tomato and gruyere clafoutis is a simple and tasty recipe, perfect for a sunny lunch or a light dinner. I love the combination of the sweet taste of cherry tomatoes with grated gruyere, which adds a salty and cheesy touch. The preparation is quick and easy with the Thermomix®, and baking in the oven gives a golden and fluffy clafoutis. This is a great way to use fresh seasonal cherry tomatoes. This dish is ideal for a vegetarian meal and can be served hot or warm. A real treat!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 15 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g grated gruyere
  • 4 oeufs eggs
  • 4 piece processed cheese
  • 20 cl milk
  • 2 pinch fine salt
  • 1 tour pepper
  • 20 g butter

Preparation (7 steps)

Cherry tomatoes wash and dry

Wash the 15 cherry tomatoes thoroughly and dry them gently with a clean towel. Set aside the cherry tomatoes.

Preheat the oven and prepare the mold

Preheat the oven to 170°C (Thermostat 5-6). Butter a pie dish with the 20 g of butter. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on the bottom of the mold. Set aside.

Preparation of the clafoutis batter

Put the 4 portions of processed cheese in the Thermomix bowl. Add the 100 g of grated gruyere, the 100 g of flour, the 4 eggs, the 20 cl of milk, the 2 pinches of fine salt and the turn of the pepper mill.

Mix the batter

Mix all the ingredients in the Thermomix for 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Pour the preparation into the mold

Carefully pour the Thermomix preparation over the cherry tomatoes arranged in the pie dish.

Baking in the oven

Bake the clafoutis in the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes.

Let cool and serve

Remove the clafoutis from the oven and let it cool before enjoying.
