Prepare potatoes and peppers

Peel 800 g potatoes and cut into small pieces. Core 3 bell peppers and dice finely. Set both aside.

Chop onion and garlic

Place 1 onion, halved, into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the side.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown ground beef

Brown 500 g ground beef in a separate pan until crumbly. Then add to the mixing bowl.

Sauté tomato paste

Deglaze with vinegar

Simmer stew
