Prepare Cinnamon Stars

Sprinkle half of the cinnamon star crumbs on top. Drizzle with the orange syrup. Pipe on the cinnamon cream. Refrigerate.

Prepare Chocolate Christmas Trees

Melt 100 g milk chocolate couverture and 50 g white chocolate couverture separately over a warm water bath. Let cool until thick. Place 6 cookie sticks on cling film. Drizzle milk chocolate couverture in a zigzag pattern as a Christmas tree onto the cookie sticks, leaving the chocolate side of the cookie sticks free as the trunk. Garnish with white chocolate couverture. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sprinkles. Let dry.
